由香港攝影記者協會主辦之《前線•焦點2003》新聞攝影比賽，於2004年4月3日下午舉行。
是次比賽共有80名攝影記者參加，參賽照片超過一千張，照片數目為歷屆之冠。
經過7位評判審評，比賽結果如下:

Eighty press photographers participated in the ‘Focus at the Frontline 2003' news photos contest organized by the Hong Kong Press Photographers Association, bringing in a total of more than 1,000 photographs, which is the highest number of photographs ever in this annual event. Seven judges took part in the judging process on April 3, 2004. Herewith the results:
