比賽準則 Rules:
- 片長 5 至 25 分鐘
- Between 5 to 25 minutes in length
- 於 2024年1月1日 至 2025年3月31日 前完成或者發布
- Published or completed between 1, January 2024 – 31, March 2025
- 參賽單位（人/組別/公司）可提交不多於3份參賽作品
- Maximum of three entries per submitting party (Individual/Team/Organisation)
- 參賽作品必須連同相應的中文、英文或雙語SRT字幕檔一同提交
- Entries must be accompanied with a time-synced SRT subtitle file, either in Chinese, English, or Bilingual.
- 提交作品必須能在香港網上播放
- Entries MUST be viewable online in Hong Kong
- 攝影記者協會有權使用參賽作品的片段及截圖，製作成宣傳材料，以作推廣有關活動之用途。
- The Hong Kong Press Photographers’ Association has the right to use clips and stills from entries in promotional materials for the purpose of promoting relevant activities.
主題 Topic criteria:
非虛構影片故事，題目圍繞有關香港的時事、社會、文化、生態、人文關懷議題，或為亞太地區觀眾所製作的內容。形式、語言不限。
Non-fiction video story about current affairs, social, cultural, environmental, or humanistic topics related to Hong Kong or produced for audiences in the APAC region. Format and language unrestricted.
宗旨 Purpose:
- 鼓勵對本地及亞太地區時事、社會、文化、生態、人文關懷議題的獨特視角及富創意的處理手法
- To encourage original insights and creative responses to current affairs, social and cultural happenings, and environmental and humanistic topics in and related to Hong Kong and the APAC region.
- 表揚和獎勵新聞及紀實錄像領域中的原創性、創意與卓越表現。
- Recognise effort and reward originality, creativity and excellence in video journalism.
